ICE CREAM DESSERT 
10 graham crackers
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 sq. chocolate, melted
1/2 c. nut meats; optional
3 egg yolks, beaten
3 egg whites, beaten stiff
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream

Roll graham crackers into fine crumbs. Place 1/2 of crumbs in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan; save other half. Cream powdered sugar and butter together. Add vanilla, melted and cooled chocolate, nut meats and beaten egg yolks. Fold in beaten egg whites. Spread entire mixture evenly over crumbs in pan. Freeze for 2 hours. Slice ice cream into even slices and fit closely to cover all of chocolate mixture. Spread remaining crumbs on top. Freeze for 24 hours.
