7-UP SALAD 
1 lg. box lime Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 can drained, crushed pineapple (reserve pineapple juice)
2 c. 7-Up or Fresca or Sprite
2 c. miniature marshmallows

Mix and pour into 13x9x2 inch pan to set.

TOPPING:

2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. pineapple juice (if reserve is not enough use orange juice)
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped or 8 oz. Cool Whip

Combine butter, flour, egg, sugar and pineapple juice. Cook until thicken. Let cool. Fold in whipped cream. Spread over Jello that is set. Grate 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese (which has been frozen) over top.
