PINEAPPLE LEMON SALAD 
1 lg. box lemon Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 c. miniature marshmallows
2 c. Sprite
1 lg. can crushed pineapple (drained)
2 lg. bananas (sliced)

FROSTING:

1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 egg, well beaten
1 c. pineapple juice, add enough water to make a cup
2 tbsp. butter

Mix first 3 ingredients, let set. Add next 3 ingredients congeal. Bring to a boil, cook until thick. Let cool. Add one small carton Cool Whip. Spread over Jello. Grate Cheddar cheese over top.
