YUM YUM CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef 1 med. onion 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 c. rice 1 c. chopped celery 1 1/2 c. water 4 tbsp. soy sauce Fry meat and onion. Drain off excess fat. Mix all of the ingredients in large casserole dish. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Place chow mein noodles on top and bake 20 minutes more. |
