1 qt. quality vanilla ice cream
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip type whipped topping
12 Oreo cookies, crushed

Allow ice cream to soften slightly. Mix with whipped topping. Fold in cookies. Freeze mixture in square pan. About 20 minutes before serving, cut dessert into squares and allow to thaw.
