PORK 'N POTATO CASSEROLE 
6 pork tenderloin, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
6 med. potatoes, sliced
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 onions, sliced

Brown pork tenderloin in skillet using a 2 quart buttered casserole, start with 3 chops on bottom. Add half of sliced potatoes, onion, salt and pepper and half of the cream soup. Repeat with another layer. Bake covered, 1 1/2 hours in 350 degree oven.
