CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. corn or vegetable oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/4 c. chopped nuts
2 c. diced peeled zucchini
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cream the butter, oil, and sugar. Slowly beat in the eggs, vanilla, and buttermilk.

In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cocoa, soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and cloves. Slowly beat this into the creamed mxiture. Add the 1/4 cup nuts and zucchini, blending in well. Pour batter into a lightly greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and 1/2 cup nuts on top and bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
