ENCHILADAS 
1 bag Doritos or salsa chips
1 can mild enchilada sauce
2 cans cream of chicken soup or chicken mushroom soup
1 lb. hamburger
1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef; drain. Stir in soup and enchilada sauce. Heat through. Put chips in oven proof dish. Pour over ground beef mixture over the chips. Cover with cheese. Place in 425 degree oven until cheese is melted, about 5-10 minutes.
