CORN DOGS 
1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
1 c. or more all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
10 to 16 hot dogs
1 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
dash of pepper

In bowl, mix cornmeal, flour and so on. Dip hot dogs in mixture. Deep-fry (slowly) at 375°F until golden brown, about 2 minutes. Drain on paper towel.
