This one is even better! 1 can pitted black olives, drained Feta cheese

SWEET GARLIC DRESSING:

1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic
Dash pepper
2 - 3 tbsp. salad oil (olive oil is best)
1/4 c. tarragon vinegar

This is what makes it great! Mix all dressing ingredients in blender and pour over salad. Recipe can easily be doubled and kept in the refrigerator for several weeks.
