5 HOUR STEW 
9 lbs. beef rump roast
12 to 15 lg. carrots (6 c.)
10 stalks celery (6 c.)
6 lg. onions (4 c.)
1 bottle Gravy Master (2 oz.)
3 cans tomato soup (10 3/4 oz.)
3 c. water
6 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
8 to 10 lg. potatoes
3 bay leaves

Cube beef roast. Slice carrots, celery and onions. Put in very large roaster and add soup, water and Gravy Master. Add seasonings, cover and bake at 250 degrees for 5 hours. Add cubed potatoes the last 2 hours. DO NOT ADD ANY MORE WATER.
