MARGUERITE'S SOUTHERN CORNBREAD 
1 (7 oz.) Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) can creamed corn
1/3 c. vegetable oil
3 lg. eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients and pour into greased 8 x 8 inch pan. Bake for 35 minutes. Serve immediately. This couldn't be easier or more delicious. Great with Texas Hash or Gazpacho or a long list of other main courses!
