MEAT LOAF
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1/2 lb. ground pork
6 slices day old bread
1 can (13 oz.) skim evaporated milk
2 lg. eggs
1/4 c. grated Italian cheese
2 tsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. dried parsley
1/2 c. catsup

Beat eggs in large bowl. Add milk and all spices (except catsup), grated cheese and onion. Crumble bread and soak in mixture 5 minutes. Add ground meat and mix well. Mixture will be wet! Bake in large loaf pan 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Fifteen minutes before meat is done, remove from oven; drain excess juices. Pour 1/2 cup catsup over top and return to oven. Let loaf stand 10 minutes for easier slicing. Serves 6-8 persons. Excellent cold.
