MOMMY'S PORK ROAST 
3-4 lb. pork roast
All measurements are approx.
2-3 tbsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. paprika
3 garlic cloves, sliced
3 bay leaves
2 tbsp. olive or salad oil
1 c. white wine
2 tbsp. butter or Crisco
Water as needed

Trim extra fat from meat. Place in a bowl. Sprinkle with the salt, pepper and paprika. Add garlic, bay leaves and oil. Rub into meat evenly. Add wine and let marinate for 3-4 hours, turning it from time to time.
