ORANGE SMOOTHEE 
6 oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 c. skim milk (may use reconstituted nonfat dry milk)
1 c. water
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
10 ice cubes

Place all ingredients, except ice, in blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Add ice cubes, one at a time, and blend. Serve immediately. Makes 6 servings, about 3/4 cup each.
