BROCCOLI/CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) box frozen broccoli
1 pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 egg
3/4 stick butter
1 c. Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix
1/2 onion, chopped
1 can cream mushroom soup

Cook broccoli. Mix with mushroom soup, mayonnaise, egg, chopped onion. Mix in casserole dish. Top with a layer of Cheddar cheese. Melt butter and mix with stuffing mix until moist. Layer top of casserole with stuffing. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
