MOIST 'N CRISPY CHICKEN 
3 c. Rice Krispies cereal, finely crushed
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 broiler-fryer chicken, cut in parts
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Place crushed cereal, paprika, salt and pepper in large plastic food bag. Shake to blend well. Brush chicken on all sides with mayonnaise. Place one piece at a time in bag. Shake to coat well. Place on rack in broiler pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown and tender. Serves 4-6.
