CHOW MEIN 
3 c. diced celery
2 diced green peppers
1 1/2 c. diced med. onion
Meat (chicken, pork or beef)
1 can bean sprouts
1 pimento
1 can mushrooms with liquid
2 tbsp. molasses
1 can water chestnuts with liquid
Soy sauce to taste

Cook 5 minutes; celery, peppers, onions. Add browned meat of choice to the celery, peppers and onions. Heat together bean sprouts, pimento, mushrooms, molasses, soy sauce, water chestnuts. Heat thickened with cornstarch, add to above. Spoon over cooked rice.
