CHOCOLATE PECAN PIES | |
2 c. sugar 6 tbsp. cocoa 2 tbsp. flour 2 c. evaporated milk 4 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 stick butter 1 c. pecans 3 uncooked pie shells Mix all dry ingredients together. Melt butter and pour over dry mixture. Add eggs, vanilla, milk. Beat like a cake (thin mixture). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Refrigerate, serve cold. Makes 3 pies. |
