POTATO SALAD 
6-8 lg. potatoes
2 hard boiled eggs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 doz. chopped stuffed Spanish olives
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
Salt & pepper
Salad dressing (Miracle Whip)

Dice potatoes in large pieces and boil in large pot until almost done (overdone potatoes make a "mushy" potato salad). In large bowl, combine potatoes and remaining ingredients, gradually adding salad dressing, salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with parsley and sprinkle with paprika. Serve cold.
