PINEAPPLE CREAM PIE (DIET) 
1 (8 oz.) light Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) light sour cream
1 lg. pkg. sugar free vanilla pudding
1 can unsweetened crushed pineapple
1 baked pie shell, 9 inch

Mix pineapple and dry pudding. Stir in sour cream and half of Cool Whip. Put on baked pie shell and top with rest of Cool Whip. Chill 2 hours and then serve.
