TACO SALAD 
2 heads lettuce
1 green pepper (optional)
2 c. grated Colby cheese
3 tomatoes
Taco chips (about 12 chips)
Western Dressing
Taco sauce
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 sm. onion, chopped

Tear lettuce into good sized bowl. Fry hamburger and onion, then drain grease and let cool. Chop all the vegetables. Mix approximately 1 cup Western dressing and 1 1/2 cups taco sauce together. Just before serving, mix all together with broken up taco chips. 10 servings.
