BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 lbs. round steak in 1-inch cubes
2 tbsp. minced onions, dry or fresh
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
Kitchen Bouquet to color
1/2 pt. sour cream less 3 tbsp.

Place meat in shallow pan with salt and pepper to taste and onion; cover tightly with foil and bake 2 hours at 350 degrees. When ready to serve, saute mushrooms in butter. Add undiluted soup and Kitchen Bouquet; mix, then add sour cream. Heat and pour over meat. Serve with noodles or rice.
