CURRIED TUNA ON RICE 
2 hard boiled eggs
1 can tuna

SAUCE:

1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/16 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. curry powder
1 c. milk

Melt butter. Add flour, salt, pepper and milk. Cook until thick. Add curry powder, eggs and drained tuna. Mix well and serve over cooked rice.
