TROPICAL MILKSHAKES 
5 c. chocolate or vanilla ice cream
2 1/2 c milk
1 1/4 c. canned unsweetened coconut milk
1 lg. pineapple, peeled, cored, chopped
5 ripe bananas, peeled
3 med. papayas, peeled, seeded chopped
32 strawberries, hulled

Blend 1 1/4 cups ice cream, 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoon milk, 5 teaspoons coconut milk, 1/4 of pineapple, 1 1/4 bananas, 1/4 of papayas and 8 strawberries in blender until smooth. Pour into large pitcher. Repeat with remaining ingredients in 3 more batches. Make about 20 cups. NOTE: Offer these shakes to go along with chocolate covered apple slices.
