CHICKEN BREASTS IN SOUR CREAM 
4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
1 (3 oz.) can mushroom slices
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 soup can sherry or sherry cooking wine
1 c. sour cream
Paprika

Arrange chicken in shallow baking dish. Cover with drained mushrooms. Combine soup, sherry, and sour cream. Stir until well blended. Pour over chicken, completely covering it. Dust with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 4. Serve with noodles or rice.
