PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
4 1/2 c. potatoes, sliced thinly
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 to 3 lbs. pork chops
Salt and pepper
1 1/2 c. tomato soup

In greased casserole, arrange potatoes and onions. Brown chops in skillet. Season. Lay chops on top of potatoes. Pour tomato soup over chops. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 or 350 degrees.
