SEAFOOD CREOLE 
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 c. water
1/2 pkg. imitation crab meat
1 sm. can shrimp, drained
1 tbsp. cornstarch
Steamed rice or egg noodles

Saute onion and green pepper in oil. Add tomatoes, 1/2 cup water, crabmeat and shrimp. Simmer until boiling. Thicken with cornstarch added to 1/2 cup water. Serve with steamed rice or over cooked egg noodles.
