SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS 
1 egg
1 slice bread, crumbled
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 lb. ground beef

SAUCE:

1 can tomato soup
1 lg. can tomato sauce
2 cloves garlic (whole)
1/2 tsp. basil
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Beat egg and add bread crumbs, garlic, basil, and cheese. Mix in ground beef and shape into meatballs. Brown meatballs in skillet or cook in microwave. Add ingredients for sauce together and bring to a boil. Lower heat to simmer and add meatballs. For added flavor, add a link of Italian sausage. Best if allowed to simmer at least 1 hour.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
