CAJUN DIP 
1 - 16 oz. can kidney beans, undrained
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. firmly chopped onion
1/2 c. ketchup
8 oz. cheddar cheese
15 oz. (or small jar) chopped green olives
Tabasco to taste

In blender, mash beans with liquid to make a paste. Brown ground beef and onions. Drain grease. Add beans, ketchup, and tabasco. Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes. Place in shallow casserole and cover with grated cheese and olives. Serve with corn chips or tortilla chips.
