EASY REFRIGERATOR ROLLS 
2 c. warm water
2 tsp. salt
6 1/2 to 7 c. flour
2 pkgs. active dry yeast
1/4 c. soft shortening

Measure warm water into bowl. Add yeast; stir in sugar, salt and shortening. Mix in flour. Roll out on board and knead a short time. Turn into a greased bowl covered with a wet cloth.

Keep in refrigerator at least 2 hours. Form rolls of your choice and let rise about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Bake 12-15 minutes at 400 degrees.
