EASY ENCHILADAS 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can enchilada sauce
1/4 c. milk
8 tortilla shells
1 lb. ground beef
Chopped onion
2 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Heat soup, sauce and milk together until bubbly. Dip tortillas in sauce. Fill with hamburger, onion and part cheese. Roll up. Place in pan seam side down. Top with remaining sauce and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. If you like lots of sauce use 2 cans of enchilada sauce.
