BEEF AND NOODLE BAKE 
6 lbs. ground beef
4 tbsp. salt
4 tbsp. sugar
6 (16 oz.) cans whole tomatoes
6 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Pepper to taste
6 (5 oz.) pkgs. thin egg noodles, cooked & drained
1 1/2 qt. sour cream
6 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
36 green onions, chopped with some tops
6 c. grated cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef in large skillet; stir in next five ingredients and cook on low heat for 5 or 10 minutes. In large bowl, combine cooked noodles, sour cream, cream cheese and onions, mixing well. Layer noodle and beef mixture in greased casserole dishes. Top with grated cheese (or some of the grated cheese may be layered with beef and noodle mixture). Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. 50 servings.

This may be prepared ahead and refrigerated until just prior to serving time.
