BEST IN AMERICA POTATO SALAD 
4 c. diced, cooked potatoes (do NOT add salt when cooking)
4 hard cooked eggs, diced
1 med. size red (purple) onion, chopped (1/2 c.)
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 c. mayonnaise (or salad dressing)
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. celery seed
2 tbsp. sweet relish
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tsp. salt

Combine potatoes, eggs, onion, green pepper, and celery in bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl and mix thoroughly. Add to salad and mix well. Serves 8.
