MAPLE CREAMS 
1 lb. light brown sugar
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 c. chocolate chips or 2 tbsp. cocoa or 2 tbsp. Hershey's chocolate syrup
1/3 bar paraffin (wax)

Cook together brown sugar and sour cream to soft ball stage. Stir until cool. Mold into balls. In double boiler, melt chocolate and wax. Dip balls into boiler mixture and place on wax paper. Chill.
