MOCK JAM 
4 c. tomatoes, either fresh or preserved
3 c. sugar
6 oz. Jello any flavor

Chop tomatoes or blend in blender. Boil tomatoes and sugar rapidly for 15 minutes. Add 6 oz. Jello. Boil 10 minutes more. Pour in hot, clean jars and seal with paraffin. Makes about 2 1/2 to 3 jars. I use leftover peanut butter jars and keep in refrigerator.
