1 c. 4x sugar
2 heaping tbsp. flour
Pinch of salt
2 egg yolks
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. crushed pineapple
2 well beaten egg whites

Mix sugar, flour, salt and pineapple together. Beat egg yolks with milk. Add to other mixture. Add butter, beat egg whites stiff. Beat everything together and add vanilla

Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 40 minutes in 350 degree oven.
