ORIENTAL CABBAGE SALAD 
1 head cabbage, shredded
1/2 c. slivered toasted almonds
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
8 green onions, chopped
2 pkg. top ramen noodles

DRESSING:

1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. salad oil
1/4 c. rice vinegar

Crumble noodles (dry) into other salad ingredients just before serving time. Add dressing and toss to mix. Serves 15-20 people.
