NEVER FAIL CARAMEL FROSTING 
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. white corn syrup
2 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. cream or milk

Cook ingredients over low heat until sugar dissolves. Cover saucepan two or three minutes to dissolve sugar crystals. Uncover and cook to soft ball stage (328 degrees). Cool to lukewarm. Beat to spreading consistency.
