EASY CARAMEL FROSTING 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. milk
2 cups confectioners' sugar

Melt butter. Add brown sugar. Cook over low heat about 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add milk and continue cooking and stirring until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat. Cool. Add confectioners' sugar, about 2 cups, gradually until of right consistency to spread.
