Lettuce - for color add very little grated carrot and purple cabbage
Small can peas, drained
Water chestnuts, drained and sliced
Radishes, sliced
Celery diced
Red onions
Bell peppers, sliced in rings
1 pt. real mayonnaise

Sprinkle powder Ranch style dressing (about 1/3 package), shredded American cheese, and bacon bits. I don't always use the Ranch style dressing, and it is good without it.
