ZESTY MEATBALLS 
SAUCE:

3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. + 2 tbsp. vinegar
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Fresh chopped parsley

MEATBALLS:

3 lbs. ground chuck
3 med. onions, chopped
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs (approx. 4 slices)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
3/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 c. + 2 tbsp. milk

Mix ingredients for sauce together and simmer over low heat. While sauce is simmering, mix ground chuck, onions and bread crumbs together. Beat eggs, add remaining ingredients. Mix ground beef and egg mixture together. Make into small balls and cook slowly in sauce mixture.
