ZIA'S DISH 
Round steak
Potatoes
Cream of mushroom soup
Bread crumbs
Egg
Oil

Cut round steak into serving size pieces. Dip pieces into beaten egg, then coat with bread crumbs. Brown in skillet of hot oil (1 inch deep). Peel and cut potatoes into lightly oiled casserole dish. Put browned steak pieces on top of potatoes. Pour undiluted soup over everything. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
