HOT 'N SPICY SAUCE 
1 c. chili sauce
1 med. onion, chopped (about 1/2 c.)
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. salad oil
2 tsp. vinegar
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. red pepper sauce
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients in small saucepan. Heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Serve warm or cool.
