3 c. sliced zucchini
1 c. Bisquick mix
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
Dash pepper
1 minced garlic clove
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and place into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve hot! Makes 4 dozen.
