LASAGNA 
1-2 lbs. ground beef
2-3 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce

Brown beef with onion and drain. Add butter, salt and pepper and tomato sauce. Heat thoroughly.

9 lasagna noodles

Cook lasagna noodles and drain. Line bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan (grease bottom and sides) with 3 noodles.

WHITE MIXTURE:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. cottage cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1/3 c. grated Mozzarella cheese

Blend cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream and Mozzarella cheese. Spread 1/3 of this mixture over noodles. Next put 1/3 meat mixture over cheese layer. Repeat 2 more layers ending with meat on top. Sprinkle additional Mozzarella cheese on top. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
