PORK CHOPS & POTATOES 
1 onion
Pork chops, desired quantity
Potatoes, desired quantity
Cream of mushroom soup

Flour and brown pork chops (NOT until done). Slice onion and potatoes together and boil until they are half-way done. Drain and save the water. Grease casserole dish, layer potatoes in bottom of dish. Put pork chops over potatoes. Mix soup with 1 can of the water saved from the potatoes. Pour over the pork chops and potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until pork chops are tender.
