ORANGE BUTTER CREAM FROSTING 
2/3 c. butter, softened
3 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 tsp. grated orange rind
2 tbsp. orange extract
Food coloring (make according to pkg.)

Cream butter; gradually add sugar, beating well. Add remaining ingredients; beat until smooth. Yield: enough for one 9 inch 3 layer cake.
