BUTTER CREAM FROSTING 
1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. Crisco
Pinch salt
3/4 c. milk, boiled & cooled
1 egg white, beaten stiff
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar, butter and Crisco; beat well. Add egg white, beat well. Add milk gradually with vanilla and beat. Make sure sugar is not lumpy, mix with electric beater.
