BEEF ROAST 
4-5 lb. beef roast
1/3 c. bourbon
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. water
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Garlic salt
Onions
Potatoes

Marinate overnight. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add onions and potatoes after roast has baked for about an hour. Cover and continue baking until meat and vegetables are tender.
